Concierge Services
Basic Rate: $35.00 per hour weekdays/$45.00 per hour
Saturdays.
After Hours: $65.00 per hour/two hour minimum - for services
provided after 6pm Monday thru Friday, or after 5pm Saturday.
Multiple hour rates are negotiable.

Billing cycle begins
from the time service or project is begun until completed

Your Houston
Concierge is not responsible for cost of third party services (i.e.
auto maintenance, vacation deposits, gift items, etc.) unless previous
arrangements have been made. Please make arrangements to pay
in advance by providing cash or check, or phoning merchant with
credit card number. Your Houston Concierge payments to merchants
that have not been pre-arranged are subject to a $10.00 service
fee. The customer will approve
any additional costs that are not foreseen before additional charges
are made.

due upon receipt of service or completion of project.
Errands Service
Basic Rate: $25.00 per hour weekdays/$35.00 per hour
Saturdays
After Hours: $55.00 per hour/two hour minimum - for errands
provided after 6pm Monday thru Friday, or after 4pm Saturday

One-hour minimum
Basic, Priority and Rush Services/Two hour minimum After Hours Service.

Billing cycle begins
from the time we leave our office until service is completed and
we have returned.
·
Payment for service
due at or before time of service unless alternate payment arrangements
are made in advance.

groceries, dry cleaning, car wash) unless previous arrangements
have been made. Please make arrangements to pay in advance
by providing cash or check, or phoning merchant with credit card
number. The customer will approve any additional costs that are
not foreseen before additional charges are made.
Home Checks & Pet Visits
Basic Rate: $20.00 per trip, per service

Services provided
for your home and pets while you are away or unable to check on

Check on your
loved ones that are not able to leave home and call/notify you if
additional
services might be needed.

Payment due in
advance of service by cash or check, unless otherwise arranged
·
Please make arrangements
24 hours in advance for one day service/One week in advance for
extended periods of service
Home Wait & Sitting Services
Basic Rate: $25 per hour
·
Services for
your home, loved ones and pets that require more than just checking-in
(i.e. meeting repairmen, staying with an ill family member or pet,
etc.)
·
Payment due after
being relieved by a family member, the customer, or family friend.
If to leave at a prearranged time, then payment in advance
is accepted unless previous arrangements are made.
Personal Shopping Service
Basic Rate: $35.00 per hour

One hour minimum
·
Purchases are
direct billed from the merchant to your credit card, including any
wrapping or shipping charges
Fees: Based upon the amount of the purchase

10% on items
$1-$4999
·
7.5% on items
$5000-$9999
·
5% on items $10,000
+
Consultation: Free half-hour consultation/$35.00 per hour
additional
Grocery Service
Basic Rate: $25.00 per hour

Funeral Coorindination
This
service is done with the greatest amount of respect to those that
may be unfamiliar or unable to complete the internment of their
beloved spouse, relative or friend.

Hourly
Rate
(available 24hrs) - $300 for the first 4 hrs $65 per hour after
that, and includes:
o
Discussing your, or the Deceased wishes for arrangements.
o
Arrangements
for transportation of the deceased.
o
Contacting
a church or funeral home for the service.
o
Coordinating
with Funeral home and other wishes that need to be fulfilled. Constant contact with requestor of the services.
o
Presence at
the funeral to make sure everything meets your requirements.

Payment – upon approval of arrangements
made.
Cancellation Policy:
Please inform us of any
cancellation within a twenty-four hour period. For services cancelled
within less than four hours notice, or for services already begun,
a $25.00 service fee will be applied |
